WHAT DOCUMENTS CAN I ORDER FROM YOU?

HOW SOON WILL MY DOCUMENTS ARRIVE?

We do everything in order to achieve the shortest delivery time, however pandemic might cause unexpected delays.

Electronic documents are usually available within hours from payment clearance, however it can take up to 2 working days.

Paper based certified documents shipped with FedEx express courier parcels are usually delivered in 7-10 days.

Apostillization can add a few days to the shipping time.

If you require very urgent assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care to discuss your needs.

To further speed up processing time, please include CORRECT full English Company Name AND Registration Number, because in this case We can skip double confirming your order.

HOW CAN I SPEED UP MY ORDER?

By providing CORRECT AND FULL English Company Name(s) AND Registration Number(s) in your order, We will be able to skip the clarification part and directly proceed with your order.

By providing CORRECT AND COMPLETE Contact Details in your Order and/or Account you ensure we can reach you in case any questions arise.

By paying with any accepted Bank Card/Mobile Payment we can ensure faster processing and clearance times. International Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer can take several days.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Bank Transfer and all major Bank Cards, and additionally if your device or browser supports: Google Pay and Apple Pay.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE INVALID COMPANY NAME AND/OR NUMBER DURING MY ORDER?

If you provide INVALID Company Name and/or Registration Number during your order OR the chosen document is unavailable, we won’t be able to complete your order until we confirm the correct details with you.

However if you provide us with BOTH VALID Company Name AND Registration Number AND the ordered document is available for that particular company, we will immediately start processing your order after payment cleared.

WHAT IS AN APOSTILLE AND WHEN DO I NEED IT?

Apostille is an international certification comparable to a notarisation in domestic law, and normally supplements a local notarisation of the document. If the convention applies between two countries, such an apostille is sufficient to certify a document’s validity, and removes the need for double-certification, by the originating country and then by the receiving country.

You will need an Apostille when your document is requested to be certified/legalised to be used outside of Hong Kong, you want to avoid double-certification, and your country is signed the Apostille Convention. For example a bank account opening procedure or forming a subsidiary company outside of Hong Kong for a Hong Kong company.
